Who are we:
Hytrans is an innovative and successful production organisation that develops and produces high-quality mobile water transport systems. Hytrans is the international market leader and supplies 'state of the art' mobile water transport systems worldwide that are used, among other things, in disaster relief and rescue operations. Approximately 80 motivated employees work in Lemmer to sell, develop, assemble and provide support for the products.
Within the After Sales department, a vacancy has arisen for an enthusiastic Service Engineer (m/f). In this position, you are the connecting link between our customers/distributors and our After Sales activities.
Main activities in this position:
- Providing operational and/or technical training at home and abroad.
- Supporting customers and distributors with technical knowledge, training needs and as a contact person by telephone, email and video.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for fault analysis of machines locally or remotely.
- Knowledge and experience in carrying out inspections and preparing reports.
- Converting customer improvement points into internal actions.
- Managing complex repairs and modifications of machines on location.
What do we ask of you:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a technical environment, preferably in the automotive or hydraulic industry.
- You are an independent and driven Service Engineer who enjoys working together.
- You are commercially minded, stress-resistant and can switch quickly.
- You have a technical education and at least a higher professional education working and/or thinking level.
- You have sufficient command of German and English and are used to customer contact.
- You are willing to travel internationally.

- A full-time job of 40 hours per week with a market-conform salary and pension accrual through a good pension scheme.
- 24 days of vacation and 13 ADV days annually (with full-time employment).
- Half 13e monthly and profit sharing, depending on the company's results.
