Hytrans is an innovative and successful production organisation that develops and produces high-quality mobile water transport systems. Hytrans is the international market leader and supplies 'state of the art' mobile water transport systems worldwide that are used, among other things, in disaster relief and rescue operations. Approximately 80 motivated employees work in Lemmer to sell, develop, assemble and provide support for the products.

The function:

As an operational buyer, you are responsible for the daily management of the purchasing processes within our organization. You play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services, which is essential for the smooth running of our business operations.

Key duties in this role:

• Placing orders with suppliers based on the organization's needs.
• Processing and following up on purchase orders to ensure that the ordered goods are delivered on time and correctly.
• Maintaining purchasing administration and documentation, such as contracts, invoices, order confirmations and supplier declarations.
• Maintaining price lists based on invoices.

What do we ask of you?

• MBO/HBO work and thinking level (also suitable for HBO starters).
• Preferably experience in a similar position within purchasing or supply chain.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Approachable, a team player and a strong communicator.
• Affinity for working in a technically oriented environment.
• Problem-solving skills and stress-resistant.
• Mastery of the Dutch and English language.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
