Who are we:

Hytrans is an innovative and successful production organisation that develops and produces high-quality mobile water transport systems. Hytrans is the international market leader and supplies 'state of the art' mobile water transport systems worldwide that are used, among other things, in disaster relief and rescue operations. Approximately 80 motivated employees work in Lemmer to sell, develop, assemble and provide support for the products.

Internship HR:

Ben jij mensgericht ingesteld, wil jij bijdragen aan het verder ontwikkelen van de HR binnen Hytrans, en ben je op zoek naar een uitdagende meewerkstage of beleidsmatige stage binnen een organisatie waar je de kans krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen? What are you going to do:

As an HR intern at Hytrans, you add value to the department and you will participate in the daily activities and various projects. There are many different tasks within the department where you can support the HR advisor. Of course there is also room for your school assignments.

Your daily activities are diverse and will include:

• Providing support for inflow, throughflow and outflow.
• Contributing to the further development of the HR department.
• Mee werken aan diverse HR-projecten zoals: onboarding, functiehuis en het optimaliseren van het personeelssysteem.

What do we ask of you?:

• You are following a relevant HBO course in the field of HRM or a comparable study.
• De stage kan starten vanaf september 2024 voor 4 tot 5 dagen per week voor een periode van minimaal 4/5 maanden.
