Our goal is to attract, train and retain talent by giving you an in-depth understanding of the different facets of our dynamic company. After successfully completing this program, you will be ready to fill a key position within our organization.

What does the Traineeship entail?

As a trainee within Resato Hydrogen Technology, you will develop into a professional within our organization over a period of 18 months. During this period you will become acquainted with various departments within our organization and you will work with our experts on challenging projects.

Rotation program (12 months)

• Month 1-3: Technology & Operations
  Work on new projects, R&D and innovation.
• Months 4-6: Technology & Operations
  Get to know production processes, quality control and logistics.
• Month 7-9: Support & Control
  Focus on customer contact, after-sales, problem solving, project management and finance.
• Month 10-12: Customers & Markets
  Immerse yourself in customer relationships, market analyses, sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Month 13-18: Specialization period
  After 12 months you will have become acquainted with our organization and you will decide in which area you want to specialize further.

Personal development

You will be assigned an experienced mentor from our Resato Academy. With an experienced mentor by your side, you will receive personal guidance and feedback. This helps you develop your professional and personal skills faster.

Through the various training courses and workshops, you will not only develop your technical skills, but also your soft skills and leadership qualities. This makes you a more complete professional.

You bring this

• Recent graduates: Have you completed your technical or business education and are you eager to put your knowledge into practice? Then you are the perfect candidate!
• Starters with a maximum of 2 years of work experience in a technical or business role: Do you already have some experience in a technical or business role, but are you ready for a new challenge and the opportunity to further develop your skills? Then we would like to meet you!

Resato Hydrogen Technology is a technology leader when it comes to Hydrogen Filling Stations with its headquarters in Assen. With more than 30 years of experience in high-pressure technology, we understand how high pressure works and we have become very good at it.

The focus is therefore on sustainability, safety and efficiency. Resato has now realized several hydrogen tank solutions in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Sweden. The stations are both fleet owner stations and public stations.
