As a Technical Trainer at Resato Hydrogen Technology, you play a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality training to our new Resato field service engineers, service partner technicians and end customers. You will be responsible for creating effective training materials and delivering interactive and engaging training sessions. Your goal is to give your trainees the knowledge and skills they need to make optimal use of our systems.

What are you responsible for?

• Developing training materials, including manuals, presentations and interactive modules.
• Providing training to new Resato field service engineers, service partner technicians and end customers, both on location and with us in Assen.
• Assess clients' training needs and customize training programs to meet these needs.
• Evaluating the learning process and the effect of the training, and making recommendations for improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and developments in our field.

You bring this

• At least a completed HBO education, preferably in a technical field.
• Excellent communication and didactic skills.
• Experience in developing and delivering technical training.
• Ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable manner.
• Willingness to travel for on-site training.

Resato Hydrogen Technology is a technology leader when it comes to Hydrogen Filling Stations with its headquarters in Assen. With more than 30 years of experience in high-pressure technology, we understand how high pressure works and we have become very good at it.
