What are you going to do?
if Technical Proposal Manager you play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You ensure that our project proposals are not only of top quality, but are also developed efficiently and purposefully.
In this role, you will start by performing preparatory work for quotations, making thorough analyses of processing techniques and cost calculations. In order to get a good feel for it, you will first get to know the field and our processes well. You will work in pairs or teams on projects, so that you can contribute directly and learn from your colleagues at the same time.
Your tasks are:
- Integrating multiple technical approaches into proposals;
- Ensure an efficient internal approval process;
- Collecting and analyzing market and customer information;
- Direct customer contact to collect the correct information;
- Coordinating cost calculations and risk analyses;
- Prioritizing opportunities and formulating project plans;
- Ensure timely and accurate project planning.
What are you taking with you?
In this role it is essential that you enjoy researching technical matters and reading a lot, for example about processing techniques, product information, turbines and energy market. In addition, you have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and know how to get others involved in your ideas. In addition, you are result-oriented and always keep the end goal in mind.
We further ask:
- At least a completed technical higher professional education, preferably in mechanical engineering;
- Experience in making cost calculations and risk analyses;
- Excellent command of the English language.

- Gross monthly salary between € 3,800 and € 5,100 based on 40 hours per week, depending on knowledge and experience;
- 40 days off (27 vacation + 13 ADV), good pension scheme PME and travel allowance;

The Location
We are specialists in producing turbine blades, accessories and complex products for industrial turbines, compressors and pumps. At our production location in Sneek, multidisciplinary teams work on projects for our customers all over the world. We have been improving our unique production process for more than 60 years.
