As a Software Engineer you play a crucial role in various project teams that realize internal automation projects. You work intensively with core users of various systems within Ventura Systems. One of the largest internal projects is Design Automation, where you design doors based on a parameterized master model.

What are you going to do?

Our products can be found worldwide, just like our colleagues, customers and suppliers. As a Software Engineer, you will be involved in maintaining the software, such as adding new functions and solving problems. In addition, you determine the desired functionality for various developments together with the relevant project leaders and core users. Some of the tasks and responsibilities involved are:

• Drawing up requirements
• Designing software architectures
• Implementing and testing (created) functionalities

Who are you?

You are solution-oriented and always look at how things can be done. You work accurately and structured and keep a cool head, even when difficult choices have to be made. You get stuck into problems and then work on them proactively. We would also like to see on your CV:

• A relevant HBO/WO education
• C# developer
• 3 years of work experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch are an advantage

Within the Software Engineering department you offer new technical perspectives, you have a critical view of things and you are able to translate organizational goals into results. As a specialist, you dare to make (technical) choices yourself, but you also ask direct colleagues to help you if you cannot reach an agreement yourself.
