As a Senior Controller you are the right hand of the Finance and Control Manager, you advise on financial and business economics matters and you help manage the Finance department. In both the field of business and financial control, you know how to distinguish between main and secondary issues and provide direction in order to obtain the necessary information and make analyses.

You work in a dynamic environment and are part of the Finance team, together with a financial controller, business controllers, cost analyst, financial administrative staff, a payroll administrator and the Finance and Control Manager.

SENIOR CONTROLLER

• Advisor / business partner towards the production plant in Roden and the holding company in France
• Responsible for carrying out all financial processes within the organization
• Budgeting and reporting
• Providing reliable management information
• Managing project administrations
• Right hand of the Finance and Control Manager

We would like you to have:

• 5+ years of experience within a complex production environment
• You have courage, dare to provide independent advice and are used to looking outside the box
• Project work
• Proficient in the Dutch and English language
• HBO work and thinking level in a financial/economic direction
• Personality traits: Persuasive, improver, stress-resistant, initiative-rich, innovative
