What are you going to do?
Our products can be found worldwide, just like our colleagues, customers and suppliers. As an R&D Engineer you translate the customer's wishes and ideas into a technical solution.

Together with your colleagues, you will work on improving and renewing our products and contribute to the growth of Ventura. In addition, you will support the development of new products to expand or replace the existing portfolio. You will do this by designing, developing and visualizing in technical drawings.

Have you just finished your education or maybe already a few years on the road? In both cases we work with an extensive induction program and besides; we also like to learn from you!

Who are you?

You would describe yourself as an analytical technician with a results-oriented attitude. You enjoy working in a team, but you also find it great to work independently. With creativity and a healthy dose of perseverance, you know how to turn ideas into tangible technical solutions. In short, you have broad technical mechanical knowledge and innovative capacity.

• You have completed a suitable HBO education (Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering) and are ready for your first or next job
• You have an interest and/or experience in the automotive environment
• You are flexible and willing to travel occasionally. You therefore not only master the Dutch language, but also the English language, both spoken and written
