As Global Service Manager, you are responsible for leading and further developing Ventura Systems' service activities worldwide. You are looking for a challenging role in which you can use your expertise to improve and ensure the quality of service worldwide with the aim of maximizing customer satisfaction for both vehicle manufacturers and end users. What are you going to do?

Your task is to establish a clear and unambiguous future-oriented vision for the global service approach and then implement it. You are the central link at the head office for all service activities. You manage the team of service professionals and ensure good cooperation.

Further responsibilities:

• Contribute to maximum customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Organizing the ideal conditions within which our service locations and partners worldwide are able to provide optimal service to customers
• Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the service organization
• Together with Head of Global Parts, ensure that the availability of spare parts is optimally organised worldwide
• Initiating quality improvements
• Representing Ventura Systems at trade shows worldwide

Who are you?

To successfully fulfill this role, excellent leadership and communication skills at various organizational levels are essential. You have demonstrable experience in a similar role within an international service organization. In addition, we would like to see on your resume:

• You have completed a higher professional education, preferably in a technical field
• You have strong communication and negotiation skills
• You have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving attitude
• You are willing to travel internationally when necessary
