We are on the eve of enormous growth. That is why we are looking for a Project Manager who can manage a project team and has the necessary technical knowledge. Through your experience, enthusiasm and drive, you know how to motivate the project team and translate customer wishes. You don't just let yourself be fooled and always want to hear a substantiation and really understand it.

Our Development department currently consists of 20 engineers and a Development manager. Due to the growth we are going to experience, this department will be further expanded in the future. You lead a multifunctional team from different departments and report to the Development Manager and to the project steering group.

As a Project Manager

• Do you focus on what is really important and set the right priorities? You know better than anyone how important it is that projects are completed before new ones start.
• Can you work at a high level of abstraction? You are able to advise customers on the technical form and implementation, specifications, materials used, parts and time planning.
• Are you people-oriented and do you take the time and attention for your people? You enjoy coaching people and taking them to a higher level.
• You are an important link between Research & Development and Service & Operations. You know how to properly connect these departments.
• Do you know that the quality of our services is very important.

You bring this

• Education at HBO or WO level, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, technical business administration
• You have extensive experience as a project manager and you know how to make a team, but also an organization, better
• You have completed a technical education, supplemented with several years of work experience
• You are a sparring partner for our customers and the internal organization. You manage complex projects in a natural way and you enjoy making contacts with our clients.

Resato Hydrogen Technology is a technology leader when it comes to Hydrogen Filling Stations with its headquarters in Assen. With more than 30 years of experience in high-pressure technology, we understand how high pressure works and we have become very good at it.
