Exsosens is looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join the HR team part-time (20-28 hours per week) at our production location in Roden. Do you enjoy working in a dynamic, technical environment and do you have several years of experience in HR? Then this position is for you!

As an HR Advisor, you play a crucial role in advising and supporting management and executives in all HR-related issues. You work closely with a small, results-oriented team in an informal atmosphere. In addition, you have a proactive attitude and can switch well between operational tasks and strategic HR advice.

The function:

• Advising middle management on HR issues and organizational developments
• Leading HR projects
• Recruiting and selecting new employees, including conducting job interviews
• Answering questions about employment conditions and advising on personnel policy
• Updating HR tools and supporting general HR tasks

Our ideal candidate:

• HBO work and thinking level with several years of experience in HR
• Independence and a pragmatic attitude
• Excellent command of Dutch and English
• Experience with HR software such as Visma
• Skill in analyzing processes and communicating clearly with stakeholders

• A one-year contract, with the option of a permanent contract after the end
