“Thirty years, quite an achievement to think about. Reaching thirty is something you do together. You made that possible, thank you for that!” With these words, Theun Prins, the current director and son of founder Yde Prins, thanked his staff. He did that on Monday 1 May during the staff celebration of this milestone. 

In 1987, Yde Prins started his one-man company Y. Prins Engineering. At that time, no one could have imagined that thirty years later YP Your Partner would be an important player in monitoring and operating machines and installations distributed worldwide. “We cannot let this anniversary pass us by,” said Theun Prins. "That's why we celebrate it with our relations in September." 

Some employees have been involved with the family business for more than twenty years. According to Wieger Prins, who is not a blood relative but one of the employees who is committed to the company with heart and soul, the company's core values play an important role in this. ,,We always anticipate the future, we have fantastic and socially relevant projects and we go for royal. Hence the name 'Prince'”, he explains with a wink.
