Start of third knowledge circle Technology & Innovation management
News | April 24, 2014
This knowledge circle has been set up especially for managers, senior engineers and project leaders, which will meet 4 times this year. The first session was a great success because of the 26 interested parties. On the agenda was a very topical theme: scrum management within mechatronic projects. Agile project management with scrum methodologies is already successful in software projects. After an introduction to scrum management, in which a real Gordian human knot once again showed that with some complexity the human brain quickly fails, a real story came about the current experiments at Irmato with this new management technique.
The group concluded that this subject should once again be on the agenda to look in more depth at how a number of knots in this system can be unraveled when it comes to mechatronic projects.
