Money injection for high tech innovation
The province of Fryslân and the municipality of Smallingerland are each making more than 2.4 million euros available for the period 2017-2018 for further professionalization and expansion of the high-tech business cluster. The companies together contribute 16 million euros.

US Backcountry.com buys three CVP-500 packing stations
The American Backcountry.com, one of the largest online outdoor specialists in the United States, has purchased three CVP-500 packing stations from Neopost Shipping from Drachten. Two machines will be located in their distribution centers in North America and one will operate in the European warehouse in Stuttgart, Germany. This sale brings the total number of machines installed in the United States to four since the launch of the CVP-500 in early 2016.
