On Wednesday 14 October, the T&I management knowledge circle met again on the theme of roadmapping.

Roadmapping is a widely used method to create a medium-term R&D agenda. Knowledge was exchanged in 3 subgroups about the different types of roadmaps, the different functions that a roadmap can have and finally the basic principles underlying a good roadmap process. The session was also interspersed with practical examples brought in by Joost Krebbekx van Berenschot. Several companies have started working with practical tips.
