Children choose technology by robot in class

Enthusiastically, 25 students from primary school Het Mozaïek from Drachten are clamoring for their new friend, one of the 400 EDU robots. They help pack and prepare the robots for shipment, because from today all Frisian primary schools will receive a robot with a teaching package.

NHL University under the spell of robot spiders

On Wednesday 28 June, smart, mechanical insects conquer the NHL University of Applied Sciences in Leeuwarden for the fourth year in a row. Then students from the Engineering and ICT departments compete against each other with their 'smart spiders' or 'hexapods'. A jury judges them on speed, cleverness, robustness and above all beauty.
