During this session, Mathijs van Poll will delve deeper into the “Demand Chain Navigator”, an approach for optimizing and collaborating in the chain, which ensures a more streamlined and efficient coordination between product development and market needs.
In addition, Dick Gelderblom, Technology Development Molding at Philips will explain the method for classifying Molds, Parts, Molders and Toolmakers. Managing suppliers (worldwide) and its experiences are also discussed in detail.
